Initiative & Confidence

Initiative & Confidence

Initiative & ConfidenceInitiative and Confidence courses are the fastest growing and most popular activities being offered today. Field games and low elements are used with all ages of students and adults to install communication and team building. The goal is to help participants become more self confident as individuals and more cooperative as members of a group. In the activities a small group of 8-12 members are asked to achieve a goal together. Success is not determined by how well individuals or groups perform, but rather by the extent to which they are willing to work together and try something new.

Field games are comprised of fun activities that familiarize the group with each other and establish the goals of the day. All groups will have fun with activities designed for their specific age group.

Initiative & ConfidenceOur low elements are perfect to follow a session of field games. The course is a series of elements, in the woods, that are designed to challenge older groups (grade 4 - Adult). Elements such as the wall, triangular traverse, and spider web are constructed to challenge the intellect and creativity of all individuals as a group.
